Getting started

  1. Install and turn it on. Download from your key email, install (what to click if Windows or Mac warns you), then click Activate Empire Studios in the email, or paste your key on the welcome screen.
  2. Name your TikTok accounts. Use the handles exactly as they are on TikTok, so videos and stats go to the right account.
  3. Add your products. Autopilot → Setup → Products. Paste the TikTok Shop link (Share → Copy link) so the right listing gets attached, and add a clean photo or short clip of the product.
  4. Add a compilation. Library → Add a compilation. Upload a 10 to 20 minute highlight video you have the right to use, or paste a link.
  5. Make a batch. On Make, pick the compilation and how many videos, then Make batch. It takes a few minutes.

Scheduling with Claude

Claude puts each video into TikTok Studio for you with its caption, sound, on-screen text, product link and time. It always uses Schedule, never posts right away, and only schedules the videos you name.

  1. Install the Claude desktop app and the Claude in Chrome extension, and stay logged in to TikTok Studio in Chrome.
  2. In Empire Studios go to Autopilot → Post → Set up Claude scheduling and follow the steps: add the scheduler skill (Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill) and give Claude your videos folder.
  3. Click Schedule with Claude, paste the message into Claude, and let it work. You can watch or walk away.

Product links

Claude can only link products that are in your TikTok Shop showcase. Add each product to your showcase in the TikTok app first. If a product isn't there, Empire Studios shows "Not in your showcase" on the Post tab so you can add it before scheduling.

Sounds

Empire Studios picks sounds from your TikTok Favorites. Favorite the sounds you want in TikTok; Claude reads your Favorites when it schedules, and you can switch each one on or off in Setup → Sounds. Sounds that keep underperforming sit out on their own.

Plans and billing

Solo has Empire Autopilot. Growth adds Empire Stats and Ask Empire. Agency adds Empire Scout. Upgrade, switch plans, change your card or cancel from Manage your plan or the Manage plan link in the app's top-left menu. If a payment fails, the app keeps working for 7 days while you update your card.

When something's wrong

"This license is now on another computer." Enter your key again on this computer. One key runs on one computer at a time.

Lost your key. Manage your plan emails it to you.

Windows says "Windows protected your PC". Click More info, then Run anyway. Mac won't open it. System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. Details on Installing.

A video has no product link. The product isn't in your showcase, or the listing changed. Add it to your showcase, then type its TikTok product ID in Setup → Products → More.

Stats look empty. Views show up about 2 days after posting, and Shop earnings a day after that.
