Terms & refunds

What you get. A license to use Empire Studios on one computer (Windows or Mac) at a time for the number of TikTok accounts in your plan, with a set number of videos a day per account (Solo 6, Growth 8, Agency 12). That's a daily limit: more videos can't be bought, and the count starts again at midnight your time.

Billing. Plans renew monthly through Stripe until you cancel. Upgrade, switch plans or cancel anytime from Manage your plan. An upgrade starts right away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. If a renewal payment fails, Empire Studios keeps working for 7 days while you update your card; after that it pauses until the payment goes through.

Refunds. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and stay active until the end of the paid month. Payments already made aren't refunded.

Your content. You're responsible for having the rights to the videos you edit and for following TikTok's rules, including disclosing paid partnerships. Empire Studios doesn't post for you.

No guarantees. Empire Studios is a video tool. Views and earnings depend on you and on TikTok and aren't guaranteed.

Fair use. One license per person or business. Sharing or reselling a key can get it switched off.
