Empire Studios runs on your own computer. Your highlight videos and the videos it makes stay there. This page says what does leave your computer, and why.
When you buy. Stripe handles the payment. We get your email, which plan you picked and Stripe's customer and subscription IDs. We never see your card number.
Your license. Your license key, an ID for the computer it's on, and the TikTok handles you add, so the plan's account limit works.
Usage. How many videos each account makes a day (for the daily limit and extra-video billing), how many Ask Empire questions you use, AI token counts, and which setup steps you've finished. No video content.
Your setup, backed up. Your settings, products (with their pictures) and the TikTok views and Shop earnings Empire Studios reads for Empire Stats are saved to your license, so they follow you to a new computer.
AI. To pick plays, write text and answer Ask Empire, Empire Studios sends the needed frames, text and numbers to Anthropic's Claude through our server. We keep token counts, not the content.
Email. We use Resend to send your key and plan links. We don't send marketing email without asking. If you join a "tell me when it's out" list, we keep that email only to tell you once, when it launches.
Who else gets it. Only the services above (Stripe, Anthropic, Resend, and Render, which hosts our server) to run Empire Studios. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.
Deleting it. Email support (see the Support page) from your purchase email and we'll delete your license data. Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires.
